Products & Choosing Turf
What artificial turf does The Turf Yard carry?
We carry four landscape turf products — Lush Primo, Lush 80, Lucky 77, and Lush 70 — plus Natural Blend Pro turf infill. They range from our thickest, most dense option to a value-focused choice, so the right pick depends on your look, traffic, and budget. A turf expert can help you compare options for your project.
Compare all artificial turf productsHow do I choose the right turf product?
The right turf depends on how you’ll use the space, your foot traffic, your pets, and your budget. Lush Primo is our thickest, densest premium option; Lush 80 is a premium, pet-friendly all-rounder; Lucky 77 is a durable, broad-use choice popular with contractors and DIY; and Lush 70 is our value-focused, natural-looking pick. The easiest path is to tell us about your project and we’ll narrow it down with you.
Compare all artificial turf productsWhich turf is best for pets?
For pet areas, drainage and durability matter most, and infill selection can affect odor management. Lush 80 and Lucky 77 are common choices for yards with dogs because of their durable construction and perforated drainage backing. We can help you match a product and infill to how your pets use the space.

Yes. We supply turf suited to backyard putting greens and short-game practice areas, and we can help you plan the surface and infill for the roll and speed you want. Tell us your space and goals and we’ll point you to the right product.

Yes. We supply turf for play areas, home and commercial gyms, balconies, patios, sports surfaces, and commercial landscapes. The best product depends on traffic, cushioning needs, and the surface underneath, so we’ll help you match turf and infill to the use.

Does artificial turf hold up to Arizona heat?
Heat is an important factor for Arizona turf projects, which is why all of our turf products now use W-Blade Heat Reducing fibers designed to reduce heat buildup and add durability under foot traffic. The best choice still depends on sun exposure, use, and the surrounding hardscape. Ask about heat-conscious turf options when you request an estimate.
Shop artificial turf in ArizonaWhat are W-Blade Heat Reducing fibers?
W-Blade Heat Reducing fibers are the blade design used across our turf lineup. They’re shaped to help reduce heat buildup and add durability under foot traffic. How a finished surface feels still depends on the product, infill, installation, and shade — so we help you plan a heat-conscious setup rather than relying on the turf alone.
Compare all artificial turf productsIs artificial turf low maintenance?
Artificial turf does not need watering, mowing, or fertilizing, which removes most of the routine work of a natural lawn. It still benefits from occasional rinsing and brushing, and pet areas may need a little more attention. We’re happy to walk through care for your specific product when you order.
Compare all artificial turf productsWhat warranty comes with your turf?
All of our turf products are backed by a 12-year manufacturer turf warranty, so coverage is consistent across the lineup. We are happy to walk you through what the warranty covers when you request an estimate.

What is turf infill and do I need it?
Infill is the granular material brushed into artificial turf after it’s laid. It helps stabilize the blades, supports cushioning and drainage, and contributes to overall surface resilience. Most installs use infill; the right type and amount depend on the product and how the area is used. We carry Natural Blend Pro turf infill and can recommend a rate for your project.
See Natural Blend Pro turf infillHow much infill will my project need?
Infill amounts vary by turf product and use, since denser turf generally takes more infill. Our calculators help you estimate infill alongside turf and sub-base materials so you can plan your order. Tell us your product and square footage and we’ll help you finalize the amount.

Do you install turf, or only supply it?
The Turf Yard is a turf supplier. We provide turf, infill, and installation materials, plus product guidance and project planning support for homeowners, DIYers, and contractors. We don’t position ourselves as an installer — many customers install themselves or work with a contractor, and we’re glad to help you plan either way.

Yes. Plenty of our customers handle their own installs. We can help you choose a product, estimate turf, infill, and base materials with our calculators, and plan rolls and seams so your DIY project goes smoothly.
